Specialty Heat Treating was founded in 1973 with the objective of providing "High Quality-On Time Heat Treating Services" for each of its customers. From the start, the company's pursuit of that objective has been based upon a commitment to three principles: Customer Focus Commitment to Excellence High Standards of Conduct				It is the policy of every employee at Specialty Heat Treating to meet or exceed customer expectations for High Quality-On Time heat-treating services. Quality Objectives are established and monitored through the Quality Operating System (QOS). If these objectives are not met, we will communicate with the customer and initiate required corrective actions.
