Multiple "Super 30" and "Super 36" Allcase integral quench batch furnaces are operated on "charge car" lines, efficiently delivering product to and from supporting tempering furnaces, washers and load handling stations. This state-of-the-art equipment offers exceptional temperature uniformity and quench rates. Operated with computerized process monitoring and control systems, the lines efficiently produce repeatable case depths and uniform hardness. Atmosphere capacity is supplemented by a number of smaller furnaces, each of which offers unique benefits suited to small production lots or prototypes.
